Our café menu includes the following options:
breakfast : from porridge to fresh fruit salad to a full cooked breakfast using orgnic oats, local free range eggs, homemade tattie scones, and award winning black pudding.
soups : varieties from Thai Chicken Noodle to Tomato and Basil to Lentil to Cullen Skink all made from fresh vegetables and organic pulses.
coffee : all the TBM team take great pride in brewing the perfect rain-forest alliance certified coffee.
sandwiches : our sandwiches are all made fresh to order using our freshly baked bread and our carefully made fillings.
cakes : chocolate brownies, lemon and lime cheesecake, carrot cake, millionaires shortbread........all made at TBM with butter, free range eggs, organic flour and real chocolate.
wine and beer : Staropramen, Budvar, Caledonian Promise, Westons Organic Cider.............
